The following is a breakdown of our services. We would be happy to provide you with one, all, or a combination of these that would best meet your needs.

 PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

As our name implies, this is our specialty! We believe in a "hands-on" management approach at Marketplace Management by providing "24 hours a day, 365 days a year" service to your facility; developing professional and positive relationships with the tenants; and, making  frequent site visits to the building. We have over nine years of experience developing a loyal and dependable base of subcontractors that can provide us, and therefore, you , with cost effective prices and excellent service.

 ACCOUNTING PLUS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

If you choose, we are also able to provide you with complete accounting services (with the exception of year end tax reporting). This includes:

  • Preparing annual budgets
  • Calculating each tenants proportionate share of CAM/TAX/INSURANCE
  • Preparing and mailing tenant invoices
  • Collecting and depositing rent checks and tracking accounts receivable
  • Code and process all building invoices (i.e. lawn care, snow removal, etc.)
  • Compiling a monthly financial report for you

Our accounting software is very thorough and detailed and is capable of producing customized financial reports such as Balance Sheets, Profit  and Loss Statements, Accounts Receivable Reports, etc.

LEASING

 To truly specialize and excel in both management and leasing is a challenge; therefore, to provide our clients with the absolute best service, we contract out our leasing needs to the company that specializes in that particular property type. Marketplace Management is capable of producing leases, lease amendments and renewals, managing tenant build-outs, etc. and we can work independently, with an outside company or with your current internal staff if you choose.
