Marketplace Managment will produce all the necessary financial information your association will need to make sound financial decisions.
As part of our services we provide the following financial reports on a monthly and annual basis:
- Accounts Receivable Report
- Balance Sheet
- Income & Expense Budget Comparison Report
- Check Detail
- Other financial reports requested by Board are available
We also provide the following financial services:
Accounts Receivable
- Track all monthly association dues and assessment payments on a consistent and timely basis
- Initiate collection process as required, including late fees and monthly statements
- Manage the lien/foreclosure process, as required
- Work with Association's attorney for legal processing of liens, judgements, levying funds and foreclosure on liens.
Accounts Payable
- Verify and process all invoices for the association and pay on a timely basis
Budget
- Prepare an annual budget for review and approval by the Board of Directors
- Work diligently to keep expenses within the budget
- Assist in developing and maintain a reserve schedule for future capital replacements
