Community Association Management Services


Marketplace Management works closely with the Board to keep them informed and provides guidance and advice for a better community. 

Board Meetings

  • Attend all Board meetings
  • Facilitate discussions on current issues and matters of importance
  • Act as advisor to the Board when our expertise and experience can add value
  • Carry out the directives of the Board
  • Prepare and distribute the required annual meeting notice and proxies
  • Attend and administer the annual meeting

Communication

  • Handle all Action Request Forms from homeowners
  • Be the first contact for homeowner issues
  • Serve as liaison between homeowners, Board of Directors and service vendors
  • Completing regular inspections of the property
  • Reporting violations of the Covenants, Rules and Regulations, and the Design Standards
  • Providing notice to homeowners whose property is out of compliance
  • Working with the homeowner to resolve the issue

Insurance

  • Administer the association's master insurance program, including the bidding of the master policy
  • Manage insurance claims (Depending on type/size of claim, there is an additional cost to Marketplace to manage a special building project claim.  The Board Members may manage a large claim themselves.)

Disclosures

  • Prepare all disclosure statements and related documentation on behalf of the association (Cost of disclosures to be paid by unit owners)
